摘  要:压力容器封头,作为压力容器的主要部件之一,其结构形式已经十分成熟,以受力情况进行排序,最优的是球形封头,其次是椭圆形封头、然后是碟形封头,平盖封头受力最差,其中受力好的封头形式计算厚度相对较薄。然而在计算的过程中遇到了一些计算不合格的情况,通过查阅资料和标准对该情况进行理论分析,并采用解析解和应力分析的方法对封头最小厚度进行了详细的计算,最终可以节省材料40%。As one of the main components of the pressure vessel,the head of the pressure vessel has a very mature structure.According to the stress situation,the first is the spherical head,the second is the elliptical head,and the third is the dished head.The flat head is the worst one,and the calculated thickness of the well-stressed head is relatively thin.However,in the process of calculation,some unqualified cases were encountered.By consulting the data and standards,the situation was analyzed theoretically,and the minimum thickness of the head was calculated in detail by analytical solution and stress analysis.Finally,the material could be saved by 40%.
