摘 要:由我公司承制的某核电厂乏燃料储存系统需进行大量不锈钢薄板焊接,对焊接质量及焊接效率要求较高,而传统的手工钨极氩弧焊热输入较大导致挠曲及波浪变形严重,并且焊接效率低下,因此需要采用脉冲MIG焊这种既能保证焊接质量又能提高焊接效率的焊接方法。为此本文对不锈钢薄板脉冲MIG焊焊接工艺进行试验研究,为不锈钢薄板脉冲MIG焊在核电设备制造过程中应用提供参考。A large number of stainless steel sheet are required for a spent fuel storage system of a nuclear power plant,and the welding quality and efficiency are more stringent.As the hot input of traditional manual TIG welding is large and the deflection and deformation are serious,also the welding efficiency is low,so it is required to use the pulsed MIG welding method which should ensure the quality of welding and improve the welding efficiency.In this paper,the welding process of pulsed MIG welding for stainless steel sheet are analyzed,which provides reference for welding application of pulsed MIG welding for stainless steel sheet in nuclear power equipment manufacturing process.
