摘  要:气化炉水冷壁结构由于载荷及结构的复杂性,对其轴向失稳进行研究意义重大。论文基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,对自行设计的气化炉水冷壁结构进行特征值失稳计算。通过比较不同计算工况下单根管子和整体水冷壁结构的许可载荷系数,发现重力、外压共同作用下各模型的轴向失稳许可载荷系数均低于仅重力作用下相应模型,单根管子模型具有较大的保守性。进一步对整体水冷壁结构进行失稳模态分析,分析结果表明:水冷壁各阶失稳模态存在一定差异,轴向失稳均发生在水冷壁中下部开孔处。论文结果为气化炉水冷壁结构轴向失稳研究及工程设计提供参考。The study of axial buckling is meaningful due to the complex of load and structure for water wall of gasifier.The eigenvalue bucking analysis is made for water wall of gasifier based on ANSYS software of F.E.A.It is obtained that the allowable loading coefficient for axial buckling under the combination of gravity and external pressure is smaller than that under the pure gravity through the comparison of single tube and the whole water wall of gasifier model by different calculation condition,and the solution of single tube model is more conservative.The results of buckling modal analysis for water wall of gasifier show that difference exist between the buckling mode of each order,axial instability occurs at the hole opening in the middle and lower part of the water wall.It provides reference for the axial buckling research and engineering design for the water wall of gasifier.
