摘　　要：特发性炎症性肌病(idiopathic inflammatory myopathies, IIM)是一组异质性大,累及皮肤和肌肉的自身免疫性疾病,其发病机制尚不明确。在过去的几十年里,建立了多种类型的IIM鼠模型,但仍缺乏一个较为完善,与IIM疾病表型和组织病理学特征相一致的鼠模型。本文综述了目前已经建立的IIM鼠模型,对其优缺点进行了总结。并对后续建立更为全面的IIM鼠模型进行展望。Idiopathic inflammatory myopathies(IIM) are a group of heterogeneous autoimmune diseases involving skin and muscle, and its pathogenesis is not clear. In the past few decades, different IIM murine models have been established, but there is still lack of a more complete murine model which is consistent with the phenotype and histopathological characteristics of IIM. The article reviews the established IIM murine models, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages, looking for a more comprehensive IIM murine model in the future.
