摘　　要：患者女,50岁,鼻部、双手背皮肤色素沉着1年。皮肤科情况:鼻部、双手背皮肤呈弥漫性黑褐色改变,唇部可见黑褐色斑片。实验室检查:血皮质醇降低、促肾上腺皮质激素升高;肾上腺CT:双侧肾上腺结核,左肾自截。诊断:Addison病,肾上腺结核,左肾自截。给予抗结核及糖皮质激素治疗后好转。A 50-year-old female prsented with suffered abnormal skin pigmentation of the nose and back of the hands for 1 year.Dermatological examination:diffuse dark-brown changes were observed on the skin of the nose and back of the hands,with dark-brown plaques found around the lips.Laboratory examination:decreased blood cortisol and increased adrenocorticotropic hormone.Adrenal gland CT(Computed Tomography):adrenal tuberculosis was detected on both sides and autonephrectomy on the left side.Diagnosis:Addison′s disease and adrenal tuberculosis with autonephrectomy of the left kidney.The patient′s condition improved after anti-tuberculosis and glucocorticoid therapy.
