阿维A治疗泛发性疣状银屑病1例

摘　　要：患者女,51岁,全身散在大量瘙痒性角化过度性丘疹和斑块5个月余。患者有胃腺癌病史及手术化疗史。术后出现泛发性丘疹和斑块,伴厚牡蛎壳样鳞屑。皮损组织病理示:明显的角化过度、棘皮症和严重的乳头状瘤病。诊断:泛发性疣状银屑病。患者口服阿维A 30 mg,1次/d;糠酸莫米松乳膏早1次外用、卡泊三醇软膏晚1次外用治疗。6周后,丘疹斑块基本消退,仅留下部分红斑和色素沉着斑。A 51-year-old female presented with numerous pruritus hyperkeratosis papules and plaques on whole body for more than 5 months.The patient had a history of gastric adenocarcinoma and a history of surgery and chemotherapy.General papules and plaques appeared after the operation,with thick oyster-like scales.The histopathology of the skin lesions showed marked hyperkeratosis,acanthosis,and severe papillomatosis.The diagnosis of generalized verrucous psoriasis was made.The patient was given 30 mg oral acitretin once A day.Mometasone furoate cream was applied externally 1 time in the morning,and capotriol ointment was applied externally 1 time at night.After 6 weeks,the papules had largely subsided,leaving only partial erythema and pigmented spots.
