摘  要:银屑病作为一种免疫相关的炎症性皮肤病,尽管目前用于治疗的传统药物和生物制剂很多,但是长期以来,光疗一直广泛运用于临床工作中,最常用的治疗光源是紫外线(ultraviolet,UV),UV辐照所带来的一系列生物学效应——细胞凋亡、炎症因子表达变化、免疫抑制等,能够有效减轻银屑病特有的炎症反应。本文对银屑病光疗作用靶点、分子细胞机制及其与银屑病发病机制的联系进行综述。Psoriasis is an immune-related inflammatory skin disease.Although traditional drugs and biological agents were widely used in the treatment of psoriasis,phototherapy has been an effective therapy in the clinic for a long time.The most commonly used treatment light source is ultraviolet(UV).A series of biological effects brought by UV radiation,such as apoptosis,changes in the expression of inflammatory factors,and immune suppression,can effectively alleviate the unique inflammatory response of psoriasis.This article reviews the targets and the molecular and cellular mechanisms of phototherapy for psoriasis and their relationships with the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
