摘　　要：建设韧性社区是打造韧性城市进程中的关键任务。我国韧性建设的理念初显,但还未真正落实到社区层面,在自然灾害涌现的现实背景下,建设面向灾害的韧性社区极为必要与紧迫。结合韧性社区抗逆力、恢复力和适应性的三种属性,借鉴复杂自适应系统理论,构建出“系统—能力”的韧性社区建设框架。本文认为,系统复杂适应的变化过程,本质上是锻造韧性能力的过程,它们是通往韧性社区至关重要的步骤。基于此,从把握设施系统与外系统互动、提升社区抗逆力,促进社区内外系统联动、增强社区恢复力,规范居民系统和社区治理系统互适、培育社区适应性三个方面为韧性社区建设提供路径建议。Building a resilient community is a key task in the process of building a resilient city.The concept of resilience construction in China has begun to appear,but it has not been really implemented at the community level.Under the realistic background of the emergence of natural disasters,it is extremely necessary and urgent to build a resilient community facing disasters.Combining the three attributes of resilience,resilience and adaptability of resilient communities,and drawing on the theory of complex adaptive systems,a“system capacity”resilient community construction framework is constructed.This paper argues that the change process of complex adaptation of the system is essentially a process of forging resilience,which is a crucial step to the resilience community.Based on this,it provides path suggestions for the construction of resilient communities from three aspects:grasping the interaction between the facility system and the external system,improving the resilience of the community,promoting the linkage between the internal and external systems of the community,enhancing the resilience of the community,regulating the mutual adaptation of the resident system and the community governance system,and cultivating the adaptability of the community.
