摘　　要：本文总结了新中国成立以来我国应急管理的伟大实践,以毛泽东同志、邓小平同志、江泽民同志为主要代表的中国共产党人心系国家和人民安危,为新中国应急管理打下坚实基础。以胡锦涛同志为代表的中国共产党人承上启下,全面开创了以“一案三制”为核心内容的应急管理体系建设。以习近平同志为核心的党中央团结带领全国各族人民取得了改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的历史性成就,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,应急管理进人新时期,呈现了新态势新格局。本文最后提出了我国应急管理的十点思考。This paper summarizes the great practice of emergency management in China since the founding of new China.The people of the Communist Party of China,mainly represented by Comrade Mao Zedong,Comrade Deng Xiaoping and Comrade Jiang Zemin,are concerned about the safety of the country and the people,laying a solid foundation for emergency management in new China.The Chinese Communists represented by Comrade Hu Jintao,connecting the preceding and the following,have comprehensively created the construction of emergency management system with“One Case,Three Systems”as the core content.The CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has united and led the Chinese people of all ethnic groups in achieving historic achievements in reform,opening up and socialist modemization.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and emergency management has entered a new era,presenting a new situation and pattem.Finally,this paper puts forward ten thoughts on emergency management in China.
