摘 要:在PCB(Printed Circuit Board,印制电路板)制造领域,准确的交期预测对于提升客户满意度和市场竞争力至关重要。文章将OLT(Order Lead Time,订单周期)科学计算模型与AP S(Advanced Planning and Scheduling,高级计划与排程)系统的订单预排功能相结合,以提高PCB工厂的交期预测准确性和订单交付效率。首先,分析了现有OLT计算方法的局限性。基于此,本文根据业务流程对OLT进行细化,并引入一种考虑在制数量和资源分配的加工周期计算模型。进一步,阐述APS系统的订单预排功能的算法逻辑,并利用该功能模拟多订单、多资源、多目标下的排产,估算订单的排程与交期。最后,通过案例展示了在实际生产环境中两者的交叉验证和结合应用,突显了本文方法在科学预测生产周期、提升订单履行率和增强客户满意度方面的显著优势。Accurate prediction of OLT(Order Lead Time)is crucial in the PCB(Printed Circuit Board)manufacturing industry for enhancing customer satisfaction and competitiveness.This paper integrates an OLT scientific calculation model with the APS(Advanced Planning and Scheduling)system's order pre-scheduling function to improve lead time prediction accuracy and order fulfillment efficiency in PCB factories.Firstly,it analyzes the limitations of current OLT calculation methods.Building upon this,the paper refines OLT based on business processes and introduces a calculation model considering work-in-progress and resource allocation.Furthermore,the algorithmic logic of APS system's order pre-scheduling function is elucidated,simulating scheduling and lead time estimation for multiple orders,resources,and objectives.Finally,through a case study,the paper validates the cross-verification and combined application of these methods in real production environments,demonstrating significant advantages in scientifically predicting production cycles,improving order fulfillment rates,and enhancing customer satisfaction.
