摘　　要：随着信息化技术的不断发展,越来越多的企业开始重视数据化运营。作为电子行业的重要组成部分,PCB行业面临着市场竞争激烈、客户需求多样化的挑战。使用数据工具、技术和方法,可以对运营过程中的各环节进行科学的分析,达到优化运营效果和效率、降低运营成本、提高效益的目的。本文将重点围绕如何利用BI系统(Business Intelligence,商业智能)在PCB行业进行数据化运营的实践与探索。分析PCB行业数据运营的现状,探讨数据运营与BI技术的发展,结合PCB行业特点介绍一种数据化运营方案及系统建设中的要点、同时结合实践探索在企业中数据运营机制、如何有效落地及场景实践案例。With the continuous development of information technology,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to data-oriented operation.As an important part of the electronics industry,the PCB industry is facing the challenges of fierce market competition and diversified customer needs.Using data tools,technologies and methods,each link in the operation process can be scientifically analyzed to achieve the purpose of optimizing the operation effect and efficiency,reducing the operation cost and improving the efficiency.This paper will focus on the practice and exploration of how to use BI system(Business Intelligence,business intelligence)for data operation in the PCB industry.It analyzes the status quo of data operation in PCB industry,discusses the development of data operation and BI technology,introduces a data operation plan and key points in system construction combined with the characteristics of PCB industry,and explores the data operation mechanism in enterprises as well how to effectively implement it as well as scene practice cases.
