摘 要:随着电子产品日益系统化与集成化,将电感等无源器件埋入PCB的需求逐渐增加。文章提出了具有高可靠性和磁芯偏移量≤0.1 mm的磁芯埋入方案,解决了传统磁芯埋入易碎裂分层和偏移的问题。并通过精确计算进行绕线电感的设计,实现了电感精度达10%的环形磁芯PCB制作。此外还摸索出埋磁芯PCB电感饱和电流的检测方案,丰富了埋磁芯PCB的重要参数表征,从而为客户提供完善的产品解决方案。With the increasing systemization and integration of electronic products,the demand for embedding passive components such as inductors into PCBs has gradually increased.This paper proposes a core embedding scheme with high reliability and core offset≤0.1 mm,which solves the problem of fragile layering and offset in traditional core embedding.The design of winding inductance was carried out through accurate calculation,and the production of toroidal core PCB with inductance accuracy of 10%was realized.In addition,it also explored the detection scheme of the inductance saturation current of the PCB embedded magnetic core,which enriched the important parameter characterization,so as to provide customers with complete product solutions.
