摘　　要：智能仓储是PCB智能工厂的重要组成部分,采用智能立体库优化厂房布局、提升空间利用率,实现产品按要求通过输送线或智能叉车配送入库,从而减少人员搬运,提高效率;智能仓储系统可以配合扫码器等其它设备实现物料数据信息的读取与管理。文章基于PCB智能工厂的规划和建设实践,论述了智能仓储在PCB制造中的应用以及各类仓库的投资回收期,为PCB制造同行建设智能工厂提供参考。Intelligent warehousing is one of the main components of smart factory,which uses stereoscopic warehouse to optimize plant layout and to promote the utility rate of space.It achieves the PCB products distributing into warehouse as required by conveyor or intelligent forklift,thus to reduce manual handling and to increase work efficiency.Intelligent warehousing system can cooperate with barcode scanner or other facility to realize the reading and management for material data information.This article is based on program and construction practice to discuss about application of intelligent warehousing in PCB manufacturing as well as the return of investment of all kinds of intelligent warehouses,which provides reference for PCB industries to build smart factory.
