摘　　要：目的了解大连市常规免疫接种监测工作情况,评价常规免疫报告接种率水平。方法收集2018年大连市出生人口数据及常规免疫报告接种监测资料,分析常规免疫报表的及时性、完整性和接种率,应用差值(D)评价法和比值(R)评价常规免疫报告接种率质量,所有分析均采用SPSS 22.0完成。结果2018年常规免疫报表报告及时率及完整率均为100%;全市常规免疫疫苗报告接种率均在95%以上;D值评价结果显示全市HepB3和PV3D值为可信,DTP3和MR D值为可疑;R值评价结果显示全市HepB1-3/PV1-3和3MR/DPT1-3R值为可信,PV1-3/DPT1-3和3BCG/HepB1-3R值为可疑。结论大连市常规免疫接种率继续保持在较高水平,但常规免疫接种率监测质量仍有待进一步提高。Objective To understand the status of routine immunization in Dalian city,and evaluate the level of reported coverage rate in routine immunization.Methods The data of new-birth population and routine immunization coverage was collected in Dalian city in 2018 to analyze the timely reporting rate,integrity and coverage rate and difference(D)and ratio(R)evaluation were performed to evaluate the quality of routine immunization report coverage rate.All analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0.Results In 2018,both timely reporting rate and integrity rate of routine immunization reports were 100%;the reported coverage rate of routine immunization vaccines was higher than 95%.D evaluation showed the D values of HepB3 and PV3 were credible,while it of DTP3 and MR were suspicious;R evaluation showed the R values of HepB1-3/PV1-3 and 3 MR/DPT1-3 were credible,while it of PV1-3/DPT1-3 and 3 BCG/HepB1-3 were suspicious.Conclusion The routine immunization coverage rate in Dalian city continues to maintain a high level,but the monitoring quality of routine immunization coverage rate still needs to be further improved.
