摘　　要：目的:探讨六君子汤透皮给药治疗肺脾气虚慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者,对于患者临床症状及肺功能的改善情况。方法:选取99例患者,随机分为常规治疗组、中药口服组和中药药透组,每组均为33例。其中常规治疗组接受西医常规治疗,中药口服组在常规西医治疗的基础上加用六君子汤口服治疗,中药药透组在常规西医治疗的基础上加用六君子汤透皮给药治疗,观察各组患者治疗前后的证候积分及肺功能指标。结果:各组患者治疗后症状均较治疗前明显改善,其中中药口服组与中药药透组患者的主证及次证改善情况无明显差异,均优于常规治疗组。各组患者治疗后FEV_(1)%Pred、FEV_(1)/FVC指标均明显改善,其中中药口服组与中药药透组FEV1%Pred、FEV_(1)/FVC改善情况无明显差异,均优于常规治疗组。结论:AECOPD患者经六君子汤透皮给药治疗可有效改善临床症状、改善肺功能,能满足不愿或不能口服中药人群的需求。Objective:To observe the clinical symptoms and lung function of patients with AECOPD with lung-spleen deficiency treated by transdermal administration of Liujunzi decoction.Methods:In this study,99 cases of AECOPD patients with lung-spleen deficiency were included,and they were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group,the oral Chinese medicine group and the Chinese medicine permeable group,with 33 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group received conventional western medicine,the oral Chinese medicine group was treated with Liujunzi decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine,and the Chinese medicine penetration group was treated with Liujunzi decoction through skin on the basis of conventional western medicine.The syndrome scores and lung function indexes of the patients before and after treatment were observed,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results:Symptoms of all patients were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment.The improvement of primary and secondary symptoms in the oral Chinese medicine group and the permeable Chinese medicine group was better than that in the conventional treatment group,and there was no significant difference between the oral Chinese medicine group and the permeable Chinese medicine group.Lung function:all patients showed significant improvement in FEV_(1)%Pred and FEV_(1)/FVC after treatment.The improvement of FEV_(1)%Pred and FEV_(1)/FVC in the oral Chinese medicine group and the permeable Chinese medicine group were better than those in the conventional treatment group,and there was no significant difference between the oral Chinese medicine group and the permeable Chinese medicine group.Conclusion:Combined with traditional western medicine,Liujunzi decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of AECOPD patients with lung-spleen deficiency and improve lung function,which has no significant difference with oral Liujunzi decoction,and can meet the needs of people who are unwilling or unable to
