益气活血方配合推拿治疗慢性疲劳综合征30例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气活血方配合推拿手法治疗气虚血瘀型慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例气虚血瘀型慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组患者均给予推拿手法治疗,治疗组增加益气活血方治疗,评定两组患者的综合疗效及血清中IL-6、IFN-γ的含量变化。结果:治疗后治疗组CFS症状积分、FAI积分及血清IL-6、IFN-γ均低于对照组(P<0.05),临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论:益气活血方配合推拿手法治疗气虚血瘀型慢性疲劳综合征效果显著,能明显改善患者血清IL-6、IFN-γ水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Combined with massage on chronic fatigue syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:60 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with massage,while the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction.The comprehensive efficacy and changes of IL-6 and IFN-γin serum of the two groups were evaluated.Results:After treatment,CFS symptom score,Fai score,serum IL-6 and IFN-γin the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the clinical total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Combined with massage has a significant effect on chronic fatigue syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and can significantly improve the levels of serum IL-6 and IFN-γ,which is worthy of clinical application.
