麝香正骨酊联合韩氏松肩功治疗肩周炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察麝香正骨酊联合韩氏松肩功治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择120例肩周炎患者共120肩,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各60例60肩,对照组患者外用麝香正骨酊,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用韩氏松肩功进行锻炼,疗程为1个月。比较两组患者治疗后视觉模拟(VAS)评分、功能活动积分(Melle评分)及临床疗效。结果:治疗1个疗程后,两组患者VAS评分、Melle评分均较治疗前有所降低,且实验组明显低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麝香正骨酊联合韩氏松肩功治疗肩周炎疗效显著,可加快患者肩关节功能恢复,值得推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Han′s relax Shoulder Gong on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:120 shoulders of 120 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,60 shoulders in each group:control group:Musk Bone-setting Tincture for external use according to conventional treatment;observation group:Han’s Song Shoulder Gong was exercised and treated on the basis of control group.Cheng is one month.Visual analogue scale(VAS),functional activity score(Melle score)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After 1 course of treatment,the VAS score and Melle score of the control group and the experimental group were lower than those before treatment,but the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After 1 course of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Han’s relax Shoulder Gong has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis and can accelerate the recovery of shoulder joint function.
