摘　　要：In order to implement the important consensus reached by the heads of state of China and the US at their meeting in Bali, Indonesia, last November, and promote local and people-to-people exchanges and cooperation between the two countries, Lin Songtian, president of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, led a working group to Shanghai for an investigative tour from Jan 30 to Feb 1.
