摘　　要：苍耳子在中医临床为治疗鼻渊的要药,但因其具有毒性,临床经常因为使用不当出现各种安全问题。近年来,有关苍耳子不合理应用引发中毒事件的报道时有发生,最常出现的是肾脏、肝脏、心脏损伤或是腹痛、恶心、呕吐等不良反应,严重时,甚至会致人死亡。本文通过苍耳子事件中毒报道和相关文献,对苍耳子毒性方面的研究进行总结,以期为苍耳子临床安全用药提供参考依据。Xanthii Fructus is an essential medicine for treating nasal sinuses in traditional Chinese medicine,but due to its toxicity,various safety issues often arise due to improper use in clinical practice.In recent years,there have been reports of poisoning incidents caused by the unreasonable use of Xanthii Fructus.The most common ones are kidney,liver,heart damage,abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting,and other adverse reactions.In severe cases,it can even lead to death.This article summarizes the research on the toxicity and reduction of Xanthii Fructus through reports on the poisoning of Xanthii Fructus,in order to provide a reference basis for the safe clinical use of Xanthii Fructus.
