摘  要:在地铁车站和隧道钢筋混凝土结构工程中,变形缝、施工缝等接缝在富水碱性地质条件下,容易出现渗漏水情况,严重影响施工和运营安全。为解决地铁车站主体结构混凝土接缝渗漏水的质量问题,结合工程实际采取防水新工艺、新材料:当地铁车站混凝土主体结构超长时,选取新型二道堵漏工艺,将变形缝的止水带中埋式改进为后埋式,另外把接水槽固定式优化为可拆卸式;隧道区间施工时,针对富水碱性地质环境,采用添加质量占比为5%石墨的新型可排水止水带;在施工缝截面采用新型水性高渗透无机结晶型防水界面剂配合其他防水施工工艺,有效防止地铁车站混凝土结构接缝容易出现渗漏水问题,可为类似工程提供借鉴。In the reinforced concrete structure engineering of subway stations and tunnels,the deformation joints,construction joints and other joints are prone to leakage under the water-rich geological environment,which seriously affects the construction and operation safety.In order to solve the common quality problem of water leakage in the concrete joint of the main structure of the subway station,new waterproof technology and new materials are adopted in combination with the engineering practice:when the main concrete structure of the subway station is too long,a new secondary plugging process is selected,the water stop of the deformation joint is improved from the middle buried type to the rear buried type,and the fixed type of the water catch tank is optimized to the removable type;During the construction of the tunnel section,a new type of drainable water stop with 5%graphite added is adopted for the water-rich alkaline geological environment;In the construction joint section,a new water-based high-permeability inorganic crystalline waterproof interface agent is used in combination with other waterproof construction processes to effectively prevent the leakage of water in the concrete structure joints of subway stations,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
