依据自我决定理论的慢性精神障碍患者病区康复实践

摘　　要：目的围绕自我决定理论设计病区康复项目,满足精神障碍患者个体的自主、胜任和人际关系的内在需求,进一步提升病区内患者康复参与的积极性。方法选取2020年1月~2023年12月间上海市民政第一精神卫生中心收治的住院精神障碍患者25例(全部为男性)为研究对象,结合访谈调查法和基本心理需要量表(BPNS)单组前后测数据对比。计数资料以x^(2)检验,正态计量资料以t检验。结果参与基于自我决定理论视角下的社工项目前患者的基本心理需求显著低于参与社工项目后(t=-3.427,P=0.002<0.05)。结论自我决定理论对患者的康复起到了一定的积极作用,提高了患者病区康复的积极性,促进患者人际关系的建立,更好地培养和发挥自身能力和兴趣。Objective To design a rehabilitation project in the ward based on self-determination theory,to meet the inherent needs of individuals with mental disorders for autonomy,competence,and interpersonal relationships,and further enhance the enthusiasm of patients in the ward to participate in rehabilitation.Methods 25 hospitalized patients with mental disorders(all males)admitted to the First Mental Health Center of Shanghai Civil Affairs from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and a comparison of pre-and post test data was made using interview survey method and the basic psychological needs scale(BPNS).Count data is tested using x^(2),and normal econometric data is tested using t-test.Results The basic psychological needs of patients before participating in social work projects based on self-determination theory were significantly lower than those after participating in social work projects(t=-3.427,P=0.002<0.05).Conclusion The self-determination theory has played a certain positive role in the rehabilitation of patients,achieving the goals of improving their enthusiasm for ward rehabilitation,promoting the establishment of interpersonal relationships,and cultivating and developing their own abilities and interests.
