摘 要:目的了解医学生强迫症状现况及其与生命意义感和反刍思维之间的关系,为医学生心理健康教育提供参考。方法于2023年6月,采用强迫量表修订版(OCI-R)、Nolen-Hoeksema反刍思维量表(RRS)和生命意义感量表(MLQ)对570名医学生进行问卷调查。结果(1)医学生强迫症状与反刍思维呈显著正相关(r=0.627,P<0.01),与生命意义感呈显著负相关(r=-0.325,P<0.01);(2)反刍思维可以直接对医学生强迫症状产生正向预测作用,也可以通过生命意义感间接影响医学生强迫症状。结论医学生生命意义感在强迫症状和反刍思维之间起中介效应,医学院校应有针对性地开展相应心理健康教育与宣传工作,维护医学生心理健康。Objective To investigate the status of obsessive-compulsive symptoms in medical students and their relationship with the meaning in life and ruminative thinking,and to provide reference for mental health education of medical students.Methods 570 medical students were selected and investigated with obsessive-compulsive inventory-revised(OCI-R),Nolen-Hoeksema ruminative response scale(RRS)and the meaning in life questionnaire(MLQ)in June 2023.Results①Obsessive-compulsive symptoms were positively correlated with rumination(r=0.627,P<0.01)and negatively correlated with the meaning in life(r=-0.325,P<0.01).②Rumination can directly have a positive predictive effect on obsessivecompulsive symptoms of medical students,and can also indirectly affect obsessive-compulsive symptoms of medical students through the meaning in life.Conclusion The meaning in life of medical students plays a mediating effect between obsessive-compulsive symptoms and ruminative thinking.Medical colleges and universities should carry out corresponding mental health education and publicity work to maintain the mental health of medical students.
