知信行健康教育对青光眼患者负性情绪和睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究知信行健康教育对青光眼患者负性情绪和睡眠质量的影响。方法选取滨州医学院附属医院2023年2月~2024年2月收治青光眼患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组患者实施常规健康教育,观察组患者在常规健康教育基础上实施知信行健康教育。比较两组青光眼患者干预前后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分及睡眠质量评分。计数资料以x^(2)检验,正态计量资料以t检验。结果干预后,两组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分及睡眠质量评分较干预前均下降,且观察组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分及睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。住院期间观察组患者护理满意度为100.00%,高于对照组93.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论知信行健康教育在一定程度上可改善青光眼患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高睡眠质量及患者住院期间的护理满意度。Objective To explore the effects of knowledge-attitude-practice health education on negative emotions and sleep quality in patients with glaucoma.Methods A total of 120 patients with glaucoma admitted to the Binzhou Medical University Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)by using a random number table.The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was given knowledge-attitude-practice health education on the basis of routine health education.The anxiety score,depression score and sleep quality score of the two groups of glaucoma patients before and after intervention were compared.The count data were analyzed by x^(2) test,and the normal measurement data were analyzed by t test.Results After the intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression and sleep quality of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group during hospitalization was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Knowledge-attitude-practice health education can improve anxiety,depression,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of patients with glaucoma to some extent.
