摘 要:目的了解护士职业精神现状并探讨其影响因素,为提高护士职业精神提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,于2023年11月~12月应用一般资料问卷、汉化版护士职业精神量表、社会支持量表和护士职业尊重感量表对846名护士进行调查。结果护士职业精神、社会支持、护士职业尊重感得分分别为138.00(121.75,157.00)、45.00(39.00,51.00)和100.00(93.00,112.00)分;进行双变量相关性分析可知:护士社会支持水平、职业尊重感与护士职业精神均呈正相关;分位数回归分析结果显示:年龄46~55岁、工作20年以上、良好的社会支持和护士职业尊重感会促进护士职业精神的发展;离异、职务为病区护士长、工作科室在手术室、承担夜班工作是护士职业精神的危险因素,制约着护士职业精神的发展。结论护士职业精神处于较高水平,且受年龄、婚姻状况、工龄等多种因素影响。护理管理者应关注护士职业精神水平和影响因素,对每位护士给予针对性的帮助和引导,以便提高护士职业精神水平,从而为患者提供更好的护理服务,提高患者和家属的满意度,同时实现护士个人成长和护理团队的稳定。Objective To understand the current situation of nurses'professionalism and explore its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for improving nurses'professionalism.Methods By using the method of convenient sampling,846 nurses were investigated with general data questionnaire,Chinese version of nurses'professionalism inventory,social support rate scale and job-esteem scale for nurses in hospital from November to December 2023.Results The scores of nurses'professionalism,social support and professional respect were 138.00(121.75,157.00),45.00(39.00,51.00)and 100.00(93.00,112.00).Bivariate correlation analysis showed that nurses'social support level and professional respect were positively correlated with nurses'professionalism.The results of quantile regression analysis showed that the age of 46 to 55,working for more than 20 years,good social support and nurses'professional respect could promote the development of nurses'professionalism.Divorce,duty as head nurse in ward,working department in operating room and undertaking night shift work are the risk factors of nurses'professionalism,which restrict the development of nurses'professionalism.Conclusion The professionalism of nurses is at a high level,and it is influenced by many factors,such as age,marital status,length of service and so on.Nursing managers should pay attention to nurses'professionalism level and influencing factors,and give targeted help and guidance to each nurse,so as to improve the professionalism level of nurses,so as to provide better nursing service for patients,improve the satisfaction of patients and their families,and at the same time achieve the personal growth of nurses and the stability of the nursing team.
