亲情护理联合心理干预对老年继发性焦虑患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预联合亲情护理对老年继发性焦虑患者的效果。方法选取2021年6月~2023年6月在本院住院的老年继发性焦虑患者94例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组47例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上实施心理护理干预联合亲情护理,观察两组患者的焦虑情况、生活质量、护理满意度及临床护理依从性。正态计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用x^(2)检验。结果干预前两组SAS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),干预后研究组SAS评分低于对照组,且各项生活质量评分、护理满意度、护理依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预联合亲情护理能有效降低老年继发性焦虑患者的焦虑水平,提高生活质量、护理依从性及护理满意度。Objective To explore the effects of combined psychological nursing intervention and family care on elderly patients with secondary anxiety.Methods 94 elderly patients with secondary anxiety who were hospitalized in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the research group implemented psychological nursing intervention combined with family care on the basis of routine care.The anxiety,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,and clinical nursing compliance of the two groups of patients were observed.The t-test is used for normal measurement data,and the x^(2) test is used for count data.Results There was no significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and various quality of life scores,nursing satisfaction,and nursing compliance were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention combined with family care can effectively reduce the anxiety level of elderly patients with secondary anxiety,improve their quality of life,nursing compliance,and nursing satisfaction.
