心理疗法联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫内膜异位症伴抑郁焦虑患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的对子宫内膜异位症伴抑郁焦虑患者应用心理疗法联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗措施效果进行探讨和分析。方法于2021年7月~2022年5月期间本院收治的子宫内膜异位症伴抑郁焦虑患者中,在患者以及患者家属知晓同意下以及医院伦理委员会的批准下选取了80例作为研究对象,并通过抽签的方式将这些80例子宫内膜异位症伴抑郁焦虑患者随机分成实验组和对照组,每组有40例分子宫内膜异位症伴抑郁焦虑患者。用常规治疗方式干预对照组,用心理疗法联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗方式干预实验组,对比两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、特质性问卷(TCSQ)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)、健康调查简表(SF-36)和护理满意度。正态计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用x^(2)检验。结果在经过两种不同治疗模式干预下,实验组患者HAMA、HAMD评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的积极应对评分显著高于对照组患者,消极应对评分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后VAS评分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);实验组患者生活质量评分显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗满意度显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对子宫内膜异位症伴抑郁焦虑患者应用心理疗法联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗措施,不仅可以有效改善患者的抑郁焦虑情绪和应对方式,还可以缓解痛经,改善患者预后和生活质量,因此,患者对心理疗法联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗方式也有非常高的满意度。Objective The effect of psychotherapy combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill on endometriosis patients with depression and anxiety was discussed and analyzed.Methods Among the patients with endometriosis with depression and anxiety admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to May 2022,80 cases were selected as research objects with the knowledge and consent of the patients and their families and the approval of the hospital ethics committee,and these 80 cases of patients with endometriosis with depression and anxiety were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by drawing lots.There were 40 patients with molecular endometriosis with depression and anxiety in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with psychotherapy combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill.Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ),visual analogue scale(VAS),the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Normal measurement data were tested by t test,count data were tested by x^(2).Results After the intervention of two different treatment modes,HAMA and HAMD scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive coping score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the negative coping score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).VAS score of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group after treatment(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with endometriosis accompanied by depression and anxiety,psychotherapy combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill can not only effectively improve pa
