摘 要:目的探讨手术过程视频教育对行神经血管介入治疗患者的影响。方法连续性纳入2016年6月~2021年7月,在扬州市江都人民医院神经内科住院行神经血管介入治疗的67例患者,按照随机数字原则分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=34)。两组均接受神经血管介入常规护理,且在术前第2天对观察组进行手术过程视频教育。对比两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、护理满意度、血压、呼吸及心率水平。正态计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用x^(2)检验。结果术前第3天,两组HAMA评分比较差异不显著(P>0.05);术前第1天,观察组HAMA评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。组内比较显示,观察组在干预后HAMA评分显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组术前第3天与术前第1天HAMA评分差异不显著(P>0.05)。观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血压、呼吸,心率水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术过程视频教育能显著改善患者术前焦虑情绪,提升护理满意度,改善临床指标。Objective To investigate the effect of surgical process video education on patients undergoing neurovascular interventional therapy.Methods From June 2016 to July 2021,67 patients who received neurovascular interventional therapy in the Department of Neurology,Jiangdu People’s Hospital,Yangzhou City,were included in this study.They were divided into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=34)according to the principle of random numbers.Both groups received routine nursing of neurovascular intervention,and the observation group received surgical process video education on the 2nd day before surgery.The Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores,nursing satisfaction,blood pressure,respiration and heart rate levels were compared between the two groups.The t test was used for normal measurement data,and the x^(2)test was used for count data.Results On the 3rd day before surgery,there was no significant difference in HAMA scores between the two groups(P>0.05);on the 1st day before surgery,the HAMA score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The intra-group comparison showed that the HAMA score of the observation group was significantly decreased after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the HAMA score of the control group on the 3rd day before surgery and the 1st day before surgery had no significant difference(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The blood pressure,respiration and heart rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The surgical process video education can significantly improve preoperative anxiety,improve nursing satisfaction,and improve clinical indicators.
