摘 要:目的探讨中学生的社交焦虑水平与家庭亲密度、家庭适应性的关系,为后续开展心理健康教育与培训工作提供参考。方法2021年10月采用家庭亲密度及适应性量表(FACESII-CV)、儿童社交焦虑量表(SASC),对上海市某区5所中学的1397例七年级学生进行横断面调查。结果中学生的高社交焦虑检出率39.23%,女生出现高社交焦虑显著高于男生(x^(2)=69.893,P<0.01),男生在家庭适应性方面显著高于女生(t=-1.992,P<0.05);是否独生在家庭亲密度上有显著性差异(t=-3.001,P<0.01);家庭抚养方式在害怕否定评价(F=5.314,P<0.01)与社交焦虑得分(F=4.625,P<0.05)上有显著性差异。社交焦虑得分与家庭适应性呈显著负相关(r=-0.328,P<0.01)。家庭亲密度在家庭适应性与社交焦虑之间起部分中介作用。结论对中学生而言,家庭亲密度、家庭适应性与社交焦虑关系密切,可以通过提高家庭亲密度降低社交焦虑。Objective To understand the current situation of social anxiety among junior middle school students of grade seven in a certain district of Shanghai.To explore the relationship between the level of social anxiety of middle school students and family cohesion and family adaptability,so as to provide reference for the follow-up mental health education.Methods In October 2021,a cross-sectional survey of 1397 seventh-grade students from 5 middle schools in a district of Shanghai was conducted using the family intimacy and adaptability scale(FACESII-CV)and the social anxiety scale for children(SASC).Results The detection rate of high social anxiety among junior high school students was 39.23%.Girls’high social anxiety was significantly higher than that of boys(x^(2)=69.893,P<0.01),and boys’family adaptability was significantly higher than that of girls(t=-1.992,P<0.05);there was statistically significant difference in family cohesion among students whether they were only children or not(t=-3.001,P<0.01);there was a significant difference in fear of negative evaluation(F=5.314,P<0.01)and social anxiety score(F=4.625,P<0.05),in the family raising style.The social anxiety score was significantly negatively correlated with family adaptability(r=-0.328,P<0.01).Family Cohesion plays a part of mediating role between family adaptability and social anxiety.Conclusion Family cohesion,family adaptability and social anxiety of middle school students are closely related,and social anxiety can be reduced by increasing family cohesion.
