早期护理干预对维持性血液透析患者的影响

摘　　要：目的分析早期护理干预对维持性血液透析患者的影响。方法筛选2019年12月~2020年12月于本院治疗的80例维持性血液透析患者,依护理方法差异性将所有患者分为早期组和常规组。早期组(n=40)实施早期护理干预,常规组(n=40)实施常规护理干预,对比两组患者护理满意度、远期生存质量评分、并发症发生率及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。正态计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用x^(2)检验。结果早期组护理满意度显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。早期组护理后生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能、精力、精神健康以及总体健康各项评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。早期组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。早期组并发症发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论给予维持性血液透析患者早期护理干预,能够提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,改善生活质量,缓解负面情绪。Objective To analyze the effect of early nursing intervention on maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 80 patients with maintenance hemodialysis treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected.All patients were divided into early group and routine group according to the difference of nursing methods.The early group(n=40)implemented early nursing intervention and the routine group(n=40)implemented routine nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,long-term quality of life score,complication rate,SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were compared.The t-test is used for normal measurement data,and x^(2)test is used for counting data.Results The nursing satisfaction of the early group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,social function,emotional function,energy,mental health and overall health in the early group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the early group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the early group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention for maintenance hemodialysis patients can improve nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,improve quality of life and alleviate negative emotions.
