契约学习法结合链式亲情护理对脑梗死运动障碍患者的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析在脑梗死运动障碍患者中采取契约学习法结合链式亲情护理对改善运动功能和心理适应性的效果。方法选取2018年5月~2021年5月本院接诊的80例脑梗死患者,依据随机抽样法分为两组,对照组(n=40)实行常规护理,观察组(n=40)实行契约学习法+链式亲情护理。比较两组的肢体运动功能、自我效能感、日常生活活动能力情况、家庭关怀、情绪障碍情况、心理适应性、护理满意度、康复锻炼依从性和并发症发生率。正态计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用x^(2)检验。结果护理前,两组的Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMAS)评分、自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、Barthel指数、家庭关怀度指数量表(APGAR)评分、和情绪障碍情况(POMS)评分无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的FMAS评分、GSES评分、Barthel指数、APGAR评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),POMS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的心理适应性、护理满意度和康复锻炼依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用契约学习法+链式亲情护理有效恢复脑梗死患者运动功能、日常活动能力、锻炼依从性和提升护理满意度。Objective To study and analyze the effect of contract learning method combined with chain family care on improving motor function and psychological adaptability in patients with cerebral infarction movement disorder.Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=40)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=40)received contract learning+chain family nursing.The limb motor function,self-efficacy,activities of daily living,family care,emotional disorders,psychological adaptability,nursing satisfaction,exercise compliance and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.The t test was used for normal measures,and the x^(2)test was used for count data.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of the Fugl-Meyer rating scale(FMAS),the self-efficacy scale(GSES),the Barthel index,the family APGAR index(APGAR),and the profile of mood states(POMS)(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of FMAS,the GSES,the Barthel Index and the APGAR in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the POMS score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The psychological adaptability,nursing satisfaction and rehabilitation exercise compliance of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of contract learning method+chain family nursing can effectively restore the motor function and daily activity ability of patients with cerebral infarction,and improve exercise compliance and nursing satisfaction.
