摘  要:目的探讨共情和风险感知对大学生情绪调节的影响。方法在黑龙江省两所高校随机抽取190例大学生,对其施测中文版人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)、风险感知问卷(RPS)和情绪调节问卷(EQR)。采用相关分析、独立样本t检验、回归分析。结果共情和情绪调节的正相关达到显著性水平(r=0.885,P<0.01),共情和风险感知的负相关达到显著性水平(r=-0.220,P<0.01),风险感知和情绪调节的负相关达到显著性水平(r=-0.165,P<0.01)。不同性别风险感知、情绪调节水平差异显著(P<0.01),不同专业情绪调节水平差异显著(P<0.01)。共情显著正向影响情绪调节(β=0.885,P<0.001),风险感知显著负向影响情绪调节(β=-0.165,P<0.001)。结论共情训练可以促进情绪调节能力的发展,降低个体的风险感知可以提升其情绪调节水平。Objective To explore the effects of empathy and risk perception on emotion regulation of college students.Methods 190 college students were randomly selected from two universities in Heilongjiang province and tested with the Chinese version of interpersonal response index scale(IRI-C),risk perception questionnaire(RPS),and emotion regulation questionnaire(EQR).Correlation analysis,independent sample t test,and regression analysis were used.Results The positive correlation between empathy and emotion regulation reached a significant level(r=0.885,P<0.01),the negative correlation between empathy and risk perception reached a significant level(r=-0.220,P<0.01),and the negative correlation between risk perception and emotion regulation reached a significant level(r=-0.165,P<0.01).There were significant differences in risk perception and emotion regulation levels among different genders(P<0.01),and significant differences in emotion regulation levels among different professions(P<0.01).Empathy had a significant positive impact on emotional regulation(β=0.885,P<0.001).Risk perception had a significant negative impact on emotion regulation(β=-0.165,P<0.001).Conclusion Empathy training can promote the development of emotion regulation ability,and reducing individual risk perception can improve their emotion regulation level.
