整形美容受术者的心理健康状况及心理特征调查研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析整形美容受术者的心理健康状况及心理特征。方法选取金乡县人民医院2020年4月~2021年4月收治的整形美容受术者200例,全部受术者随机分为研究组(n=100,接受心理干预)和对照组(n=100,常规手术),对比两组受术者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、生活质量评分以及治疗满意度。正态计量资料实施t检验,计数资料实施x^(2)检验。结果手术前两组受术者SAS、SDS评分均无显著差异(P>0.05),手术后研究组SAS、SDS评分均显著更低(P<0.05);研究组受术者躯体功能、情感职能、社会功能、精神健康评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组受术者治疗满意度(95.00%)显著高于对照组(83.00%)(P<0.05)。结论对整形美容受术者针对具体心理特征实施心理干预,可以有效改善受术者的负面情绪,提升术后生活质量,使受术者对治疗工作更加满意。Objective To study and analyze the mental health status and psychological characteristics of plastic and cosmetic surgery recipients.Methods A total of 200 plastic and cosmetic surgery recipients who were admitted from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected,and all recipients were randomly divided into a study group(n=100,receiving nursing care for psychological characteristics)and a control group(n=100,routine operation),and compared the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,quality of life score and treatment satisfaction of the two groups of patients.The t test was performed for normal measurement data,and the x^(2) test was performed for count data.Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05),and the SAS and SDS scores in the research group were significantly lower after surgery(P<0.05),social function and mental health scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the treatment satisfaction of the patients in the study group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention for plastic and cosmetic surgery recipients based on specific psychological characteristics can effectively improve the negative emotions of the recipients,improve the quality of life after surgery,and make the recipients more satisfied with the treatment work.
