摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对高度近视人工晶体植入术患者的影响。方法选取2019年2月~2021年2月本院高度近视人工晶体植入术患者80例为研究对象,依据随机抽签法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组予以常规护理模式,观察组在此基础上采用心理护理。比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、满意度以及自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分。正态计量资料实施t检验,计数资料实施x^(2)检验。结果两组护理前SAS、SDS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后总满意度(95.00%)显著高于对照组(77.50%)(P<0.05)。观察组护理后自我责任、自我概念、健康知识、自护技巧评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理应用于高度近视人工晶体植入术患者中临床效果显著,能够缓解负性情绪,增强自护能力,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on high myopia patients with intraocular lens implantation.Methods A total of 80 patients with high myopia intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to the random drawing method.The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the observation group was given psychological nursing on this basis.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),satisfaction and exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)were compared between the two groups.The t test was performed for normal measurement data,and the x^(2)test was performed for count data.Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction after nursing in the observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).The scores of self-responsibility,self-concept,health knowledge and self-care skills in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of psychological nursing in high myopia patients undergoing intraocular lens implantation is significant,which can relieve negative emotions,enhance self-care ability,and improve nursing satisfaction.
