大学生怀旧与生活满意度的关系:心理韧性的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨大学生心理韧性在怀旧与生活满意度之间的作用,为提高大学生群体的生活满意度水平和改善心理健康状况提供参考依据。方法随机抽取325名在校大学生作为被试,采用本土化怀旧量表(LNS)、生活满意度量表(SWLS)和心理韧性量表(MTQ-10)进行测验,其中,怀旧包含个人怀旧、社会怀旧、家庭怀旧3个维度。结果①生活满意度和心理韧性均表现出性别差异,男生的生活满意度和心理韧性测试得分均高于女生;②生活满意度和个人怀旧、心理韧性呈显著正相关,和家庭怀旧、社会怀旧无显著相关关系;心理韧性和怀旧及其3个维度均呈显著正相关,仅有个人怀旧能正向预测生活满意度;③个人怀旧对生活满意度的直接效应值为-0.03,心理韧性在个人怀旧和生活满意度间的间接效应值为0.14,总效应值为0.12。结论心理韧性在个人怀旧和生活满意度间起部分中介作用。Objective To explore the role of college students’psychological resilience in nostalgia and life satisfaction,and to provide reference basis for improving college students’life satisfaction and mental health.Methods 325 college students were randomly selected as subjects,the localization nostalgia scale(LNS),satisfaction with life scale(SWLS)and mental tougness quertionnaires-10(MTQ-10)were used,in which nostalgia includes three dimensions:personal nostalgia,social nostalgia and family nostalgia.Results①There were gender differences in life satisfaction and psychological resilience,and the scores of life satisfaction and psychological resilience of boys are higher than those of girls.②There was a significant positive correlation between life satisfaction and personal nostalgia and psychological resilience,but there was no significant correlation with family nostalgia and social nostalgia correlation;there was a significant positive correlation between psychological resilience and nostalgia and its three dimensions.Only personal nostalgia can positively predict life satisfaction.③The direct effect value of personal nostalgia on life satisfaction was-0.03,the indirect effect value of psychological resilience between personal nostalgia and life satisfaction was 0.14,and the total effect value was 0.12.Conclusion Psychological resilience plays a partial mediating role between personal nostalgia and life satisfaction.
