摘  要:目的分析认知行为训练和心理护理在产房助产过程中的应用效果。方法抽取2019年7月~2021年3月区间112例分娩产妇展开平行对照研究,以护理模式差异性分组,设置为对比组(n=56,常规护理)、研究组(n=56,认知行为训练和心理护理),比较两组护理效果。比较两组心理状态评分、产程时间和护理满意度评分,采用t检验,比较两组并发症发生率,采用x^(2)检验。结果干预前,两组产妇的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较无差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组产妇评分均降低,研究组SAS 48.78±1.15分、SDS 47.88±1.21分,对比组SAS 51.35±1.23分、SDS 50.41±1.33分,研究组评分明显比对比组更低(P<0.05)。研究组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程平均用时均较对比组更短(P<0.05)。研究组发生宫缩乏力1例、产后出血1例、无产后抑郁发生,相关并发症发生率为3.57%,较对比组并发症发生率14.29%明显更低(P<0.05)。研究组基础护理、护理方法、护理措施、护理态度等各项护理满意度评价指标得分均较对比组更高(P<0.05)。结论在产房助产过程中加强认知行为训练和心理护理,能够发挥促进作用,更好地改善产妇心理状态,缩短产程,降低宫缩乏力、产后出血以及产后抑郁等相关并发症发生率,提升产妇对护理服务的满意度,最终优化分娩结局。Objective To analyze the application effect of cognitive behavioral training and psychological nursing in the process of midwifery in the delivery room.Methods A parallel controlled study was conducted in 112 cases of delivery women from July 2019 to March 2021,and they were grouped according to differences in nursing mode,and set as a comparison group(n=56,routine care)and a study group(n=56,recognized knowledge behavior training and psychological nursing),and compare nursing effects.Results Before the intervention,there was no difference in selfrating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups of parturients(P>0.05);after the intervention,the scores of the two groups of parturients decreased,and the study group had SAS 48.78±1.15 points and SDS 47.88±1.21 points,the score of the comparison group was SAS 51.35±1.23 points and SDS 50.41±1.33 points.The score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the comparison group(P<0.05).The average time of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,and the third stage of labor min in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,there was 1 case of uterine fatigue,1 case of postpartum hemorrhage,and no occurrence of postpartum depression.The incidence of related complications was 3.57%,which was significantly lower than the incidence of 14.29%in the control group(P<0.05).The research group’s basic nursing,nursing methods,nursing measures,nursing attitudes and other nursing satisfaction evaluation index scores are all higher than the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening cognitive behavioral training and psychological care during delivery in the delivery room can play a promoting role,better improve the mental state of the mother,shorten the labor process,and reduce the incidence of uterine fatigue,postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum depression.Enhance women’s satisfaction with nursing services and ultimately optimize delivery outcomes.
