循证护理对行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术的膀胱癌患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理对行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)的膀胱癌患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取本院2017年1月~2020年1月80例行TURBT手术的膀胱癌患者,按照数字表随机法分为两组。常规干预组给予常规护理,循证干预组实施循证护理。比较两组护理前后情绪状况以及生存状况。结果护理前两组心理状态(焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分)、生活质量评分比较,P>0.05;护理后两组心理状态(焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分)、生活质量评分显著改善,而其中循证干预组心理状态评分(焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分)显著低于常规干预组,生活质量显著高于常规干预组,P<0.05。结论行TURBT手术的膀胱癌患者实施循证护理效果确切,有利于患者心理状态的改善,可促进患者生活质量的提高,是一种有效的护理方案,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the psychological status and quality of life of bladder cancer patients undergoing transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT).Methods A total of 80 patients with bladder cancer who underwent TURBT surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the number table.The routine intervention group was given routine care,and the evidence-based intervention group was given evidence-based care.The emotional status and survival status of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results Comparison of the psychological status(anxiety score,depression score)and quality of life score of the two groups before nursing,P>0.05;after nursing,the psychological status(anxiety score,depression score)and quality of life score of the two groups were significantly improved,and mental state score(anxiety score,depression score)of the evidence-based intervention group was significantly lower than that of the conventional intervention group,and the quality of life was significantly higher than that of the conventional intervention group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing for patients with bladder cancer undergoing TURBT surgery is definite,which is beneficial to the improvement of the patient’s mental state,and can promote the improvement of the quality of life of the patients.It is an effective nursing plan and worthy of promotion.
