摘　　要：目的探究对社区卫生服务中心的心理护理工作进行细节管理的效果。方法选取2018年2月~2019年2月在社区卫生服务中心接受常规心理护理为对照组(n=39),于2019年3月~2020年3月对该社区卫生服务中心的心理护理工作进行细节管理为观察组(n=39)。利用统计学软件分析两组护理满意度、护患纠纷和心理干预效果。结果干预前,两组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分差异不显著(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度更高、护理纠纷更少(P<0.05)。结论对社区卫生服务中心的心理护理工作进行细节管理,不仅能够提升护理满意度,而且心理干预效果更理想,有助于构建现代和谐的护患关系。Objective To explore the effect of detailed management of psychological nursing work in community health service centers.Methods The control group(n=39)who received routine psychological care in a community health service center from February 2018 to February 2019 was selected as the control group,and the psychological care work of the community health service center was performed from March 2019 to March 2020.The detailed management is the observation group(n=39).Statistical software was used to analyze the two groups of nursing satisfaction,nursingpatient disputes and psychological intervention effects.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of the two groups of patients on the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)(P>0.05).After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction and fewer nursing disputes(P<0.05).Conclusion The detailed management of the psychological nursing work of the community health service center can not only improve nursing satisfaction,but also has a better psychological intervention effect,which is helpful to build a modern and harmonious nursepatient relationship.
