摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对维持性血透病人透析期间水分控制的应用效果。方法对本院2018年3月~2019年3月共114例行维持性血透患者进行研究,根据患者的入院编号随机将其分为研究组和常规组,各57例。常规组患者采用传统护理干预,为研究组患者增加心理护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者不良反应发生率低于常规组,P<0.05;研究组患者的各项心理指标评分数据均比对照组好,数据差异显著,P<0.05。结论心理护理在维持性血透病人透析间期对于水分控制具有良好的效果,能有效改善患者的不良心理情绪,使患者提高对疾病的认识,保证护理依从性,从而保证透析间期水分控制的效果,降低相关不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing on water control of maintenance hemodialysis patients during dialysis.Methods 114 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into study group and routine group,57 cases in each group.The conventional group used traditional nursing intervention,the study group increased psychological nursing,compared the nursing effect of two groups of patients.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,P<0.05.The scores of various psychological indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing had a good effect on water control during the dialysis interval of maintenance hemodialysis patients.It can effectively improve the patient’s bad psychological mood,improve the patient’s understanding of the disease,ensure nursing compliance,so as to ensure the effect of water control during dialysis,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application.
