心理护理干预对晚期肺癌化疗患者的不良情绪的作用探讨

摘　　要：目的分析心理护理干预对晚期肺癌化疗患者的不良情绪的作用。方法将从2019年1月~2020年1月在本院就医的40例晚期肺癌化疗患者作为研究对象,利用随机法分组,分为观察组与对照组。对照组选用常规护理措施,观察组则在基础护理之上选用心理护理干预措施,将试验数据进行比对与统计分析。结果与对照组比对发现,观察组患者对护理满意度明显较高,患者的不良情绪发生率明显较低,生活质量明显有所提高,治疗依从度明显提高,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期肺癌化疗患者在基础护理上选用心理护理干预措施的效果更好,患者的护理满意度更高,不良情绪得到了一定的缓解,能够更加积极主动地投入治疗中,患者的生活质量也随之提升,在临床护理上适宜被推广与应用。Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the bad mood of patients with advanced lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods 40 patients with advanced lung cancer who received chemotherapy from January 2019 to January 2020 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received psychological nursing intervention besides basic nursing.The experimental data were compared and statistically analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had significantly higher satisfaction with nursing and lower bad mood incidence,patients’life quality and their treatment compliance were highly improved.The differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing psychological nursing intervention besides basic nursing for patients with advanced lung cancer chemotherapy shows better effects:the patients can be more satisfied with nursing,their bad mood can be relieved to a certain extent,they can be more actively engaged in treatment,and their life quality can also be improved.As a result,psychological nursing intervention is suitable to be promoted and applicated in clinical nursing.
