铜仁市口腔医疗机构环境卫生情况现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查并分析铜仁市及其辖区内口腔医疗机构环境卫生情况的现状,为指导口腔医疗机构环境卫生建设,提高口腔卫生服务质量提供依据。方法采用填写调查表的方式对铜仁市及其辖区所有口腔医疗机构进行普查。由铜仁市卫生健康局下函至各设区市在其辖区范围内登记注册的口腔卫生机构,使用Epidata3.1软件建立数据库,运用SPSS 23.0统计软件对数据进行分析。结果铜仁市82所口腔卫生医疗机构中,有68所(82.9%)配备了污水处理设备。全市口腔医疗机构每日污水排放量为1671.23吨;有47所(57.3%)成立了消防小组;有76所(92.7%)制定了医疗废物安全处置的规章制度;有55所(67.1%)成立了医疗机构感染控制部门,诊室管理情况、消毒隔离技术与管理情况等13项制度的达标比例在75.0%-100.0%之间。结论应加大监管部门和监测部门对污水处理、消防、医疗废物处理和院感质控的检测监督力度,对不合格者要求及时进行整改并依法惩处。Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of the environmental sanitation of the oral medical institutions in Tongren city and its jurisdiction,and to provide the basis for guiding the construction of environmental sanitation in oral medical institutions and improving the quality of oral health service.Methods A survey was conducted on all dental institutions in Tongren and its area by filling in a questionnaire.The Tongren Municipal Health and Health Bureau sent a letter to the oral health institutions registered in the area under their jurisdiction.Epidata3.1 software was used to establish the database,and SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Results The 82 dental health institutions in Tongren,68(82.9%)were equipped with sewage treatment equipment.The city’s oral medical institutions daily sewage discharge is 1671.23 tons;47(57.3%)had set up fire teams;76 institutions(92.7%)had established rules and regulations for the safe disposal of medical waste;55 hospitals(67.1%)had set up infection control departments in medical institutions,and the standard proportion of 13 systems,such as the management of consulting rooms,disinfection and isolation technology and management,ranged from 75.0%to 100.0%.Conclusion The supervision departments and monitoring departments should strengthen the inspection and supervision of sewage treatment,fire control,medical waste treatment and hospital quality control,and the unqualified persons should be required to rectify in time and be punished according to law.
