新疆地区病理专业人才需求现况调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解新疆地区病理专业人才需求现况,对其影响因素进行分析,加强病理专业人才培训针对性。方法简要概述新疆地区病理专业人才基本情况,采用自制问卷对新疆地区各级医疗服务机构中完成病理专业知识岗位培训的医疗机构执业医师(助理医师)进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括:基本信息,病理专业人才技能知识水平现况调查,病理专业人才需求调查等内容,并对相关因素进行分析。结果本次调查结果显示,病理学专业理论知识、基础医学知识、病理学工作技术流程、细胞学技术诊断知识、外科病理基本理论知识等5项成绩的及格率分别为93.5%、85.8%、66.8%、82.8%、79.2%;有70.8%的人认为按区域建立病理诊断中心有利于提高本地区病理学诊断水平;84%的人认为提高病理执业人员诊断水平为基层建立区域性病理诊断中心的意义;75.9%的人认为建立远程会诊平台有利于培养病理专业人才。结论应该进一步强化学员普遍薄弱的科目,加强病理专业知识的专项培训,从而提升医疗机构的整体服务能力及水平。Objective To understand the current situation of demand for pathology professionals in Xinjiang,analyze its influencing factors,and strengthen the pertinence of training for pathology professionals.Methods A brief overview of the basic situation of the pathology professionals in Xinjiang was given.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the medical practitioners(assistant physicians)who completed the post training of the pathology professional knowledge in the medical service institutions at all levels in Xinjiang.The questionnaire contents included:basic information,the survey of the current situation of the skills and knowledge of the pathology professionals,the survey of the needs of the pathology professionals,and the related factors were analyzed.Results The results of this survey showed that the passing rates of the five items of theoretical knowledge of pathology,basic medical knowledge,technological process of pathology,diagnostic knowledge of cytological technology and basic theoretical knowledge of surgical pathology were 93.5%,85.8%,66.8%,82.8%and 79.2%respectively;70.8%of the people believed that the establishment of pathological diagnosis centers by region would help to improve the level of pathological diagnosis in this region;84%believed that improving the diagnostic level of pathological practitioners was the significance of establishing regional pathological diagnosis centers at the grass-roots level;75.9%believed that the establishment of remote consultation platform was conducive to the training of pathology professionals.Conclusion It is necessary to further strengthen the general weak subjects of the trainees and strengthen the special training of pathological expertise,so as to improve the overall service capacity and level of medical institutions.
