基于Logistic回归眼底造影患者依从性影响因素与对策

摘　　要：目的基于Logistic回归的眼底造影检查患者依从性影响因素与护理对策分析。方法回顾性分析2019年2月-2021年1月在本院行眼底造影检查的143例患者临床资料,分析眼底造影检查患者依从性影响因素。结果143例接受眼底造影检查患者中检查依从性良好者32例(22.38%),检查依从性差者111例(77.62%);单因素分析显示:文化程度、首次检查、瞬目运动、心理状态、检查操作、检查不良反应与眼底造影检查患者依从性有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄、性别、药物过敏史、糖尿病史与眼底造影检查患者依从性无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Logistic回归分析显示:初中及以下文化(β=0.894,OR=2.444,95%CI=1.088-5.494)、首次检查(β=1.007,OR=2.738,95%CI=1.216-6.167)、瞬目运动(β=0.838,OR=0.838,95%CI=1.036-5.155)、心理状态较差(β=1.227,OR=3.410,95%CI=1.510-7.703)、检查操作不规范(β=0.859,OR=2.361,95%CI=1.061-5.255)、检查不良反应(β=1.027,OR=2.792,95%CI=1.248-6.245)是眼底造影检查患者依从性的高危因素(P<0.05)。结论文化程度、首次检查、瞬目运动、心理状态、检查操作、检查不良反应与眼底造影检查患者依从性密切相关,针对上述因素实施相应的护理措施干预,有助于增进患者检查依从性。Objective To explore the influencing factors and nursing countermeasures of fundus angiography patients’compliance based on Logistic regression.Methods Clinical data of 143 patients who underwent ophthalmology examination in our hospital from February 2019 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and the influencing factors of patients’compliance with ophthalmology examination were analyzed.Results Among 143 ophthalmic examination patients,32 cases(22.38%)had good examination compliance,and 111 cases(77.62%)had poor examination compliance.Univariate analysis showed that education level,first examination,blink movement,psychological state,examination operation,examination adverse reactions were related to the compliance of patients with ophthalmography examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Age,gender,history of drug allergy and history of diabetes mellitus were not correlated with the compliance of patients with ophthalmography,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that:Junior high school and below(β=0.894,OR=2.444,95%CI=1.088-5.494),first examination(β=1.007,OR=2.738,95%CI=1.216-6.167),blink eye movement(β=0.838,OR=0.838,95%CI=1.036-5.155),poor psychological status(β=1.227,OR=3.410,95%CI=1.510-7.703),irregular examination procedures(β=0.859,OR=2.361,95%CI=1.061-5.255)and adverse reactions(β=1.027,OR=2.792,95%CI=1.248-6.245)were high risk factors for the compliance of patients with ophthalmography(P<0.05).Conclusion The degree of education,first examination,blink eye movement,psychological state,examination operation,examination adverse reactions are closely related to the compliance of patients with ophthalmography examination.The corresponding nursing intervention for the above factors may improve the compliance of patients with examination.
