程序化和谐护理对体检者就医体验的影响

摘　　要：目的分析程序化和谐护理对体检者就医体验的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月于本院体检科体检的200名健康体检者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组各100名,对照组采取常规体检科护理,观察组于体检科护理中应用程序化和谐护理,对两组健康体检者心理状态、护患关系、就医体验评分进行对比。结果护理前两组健康体检者焦虑评分、抑郁评分、就医体验评分相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分均较本组护理前下降,就医体验评分较本组护理前升高且观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组,就医体验评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体检科护理中应用程序化和谐护理有助于进一步改善健康体检者心理状态,提高其就医体验,值得推广。Objective To analyze the impact of programmed harmonious nursing on the experience of medical examiners.Methods A total of 200 healthy subjects who had undergone physical examinations in our hospital’s physical examination department from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 100 subjects.The control group received routine physical examination care.The observation group applied programmed and harmonious nursing in the medical examination department,and compared the mental state,nurse-patient relationship,and medical experience scores of the two groups of healthy medical examiners.Results The anxiety scores,depression scores,and medical experience scores of the two groups before nursing were compared,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The anxiety scores and depression scores after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the medical experience scores were higher.In this group,the anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the medical experience score was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of programmed harmonious nursing in the medical examination department can help to further improve the mental state of the health examiners and improve their medical experience,which is worthy of promotion.
