摘 要:目的探讨不离心直接上游法精液优化对胚胎发育的影响。方法随机选取560例在本院行常规体外受精的患者,其中198例为精液处理为上游法,362例为精液处理为梯度离心法,比较两组间受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎、囊胚形成率和优质囊胚率。结果两组在受精率、卵裂率、囊胚形成率及优质囊胚率方面并无统计差异(P>0.05),在优质胚胎率方面,上游组高于梯度离心组(44.98%vs 40.64%,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论不离心直接上游法精液优化能够给胚胎发育产生积极影响,可有效提高优质胚胎率,且操作方法简单快捷,应用价值高。Objective To discuss the effect of direct upstream semen optimization without centrifugation on embryo development.Methods A total of 560 patients undergoing routine in vitro fertilization in our hospital were randomly selected,the group of density gradient centrifugation method(362 cycles)and the group of direct upstream method(198 cycles).The fertilization rate,cleavage rate,quality embryo rate,blastocyst formation rate and high-quality blastocyst rate were compared between the two groups.Results No statistically significant difference was observed of the fertilization rate,cleavage rate,blastocyst formation rate and high-quality blastocyst rate.In terms of good embryo rate,direct upstream method group was significantly higher than that the group of density gradient centrifugation method(44.98%vs 40.64%,P<0.05).Conclusion Direct upstream method semen optimization without centrifugation can have a positive effect on embryonic development,which can effectively improve high-quality embryo rate,and the operation method is simple and fast,with high application value.
