摘　　要：发展是硬道理,新中国成立以来尤其是改革开放以来中国的经济发展创造了世界经济发展史上的一个奇迹,同时也为中国的政治发展、社会发展提供了全新的研究范畴。针对经济发展带来的利益变化、矛盾变迁和政治发展等问题,李景鹏教授基于马克思主义的立场,聚焦本土政治问题、采用“应然+实然”的研究方法对转型期的中国政治发展问题进行研究,不仅研究政治现象的基本规律,还着力探讨这些规律在现实生活中的运用情况。本文系统梳理了李景鹏教授的中国政治发展研究成果。研究认为,李景鹏教授富有原创性的政治发展理论研究成果为中国政治学研究提供了“利益结构—权力运行—社会文化”等动态、立体的理论框架,提供了从历史探源到结构分析、从利益分析到权力分析、从目标分析到动力分析等多维度的分析方法。他的政治发展研究不仅体现了鲜明的中国特色、时代特色和发展特色,还体现了深厚的原创性、经典性和借鉴性。他本人更是为国家和社会培养了许多从事政治学及其相关领域的研究和实践人才,对中国社会转型期的政治学研究和中国特色的政治发展实践作出了积极贡献。Development is the absolute principle.Since PRC.founded,especially since the reform and opening-up,China’s economic development has created a world and historical miracle.At the same time,it has also provided a new research category for China’s political and social development.In view of the issues about Shifting Interests,Changing Contradictions and political development,Professor Li Jingpeng adopted the“should be”+“be”research method to study China’s political development in the transition period with the Marxist position,not only studying the basic principles of political phenomena,but also focusing on their application in political practice.This paper introduces Li Jingpeng’s three works,which including An Outline of Theoretical Research on China’s Political Development and others,and systematically studies his research achievements on China’s political development,then draws the following conclusion.Firstly,Mr.Li’s series of original political development theories provide a dynamic and three-dimensional theoretical framework for China’s political research.Secondly,His research Methodology provide series of analysis methods,such as from historical exploration to structural analysis,from interest analysis to power analysis,from goal analysis to dynamic analysis and other multi-dimensional analysis methods.Thirdly,his research on political development not only reflects distinctive Chinese characteristics,Times’characteristics and developing characteristics,but also reflects profound originality,classics and reference.Finally,Li’s works has trained a large number of research and practical talents engaged in political fields,and had a profound impact and positive effect on the study of political science in China.
