摘　　要：介绍了复合研抛盘(以下简称研抛盘)的特点及其加工原理,分析了研抛工艺相对于传统研磨工艺的优势并进行了对比,结果发现研抛工艺加工时间明显缩短、成本明显降低。It analyzes the importance of end face seal of precision coupling and the particularity of machining,the machining principle of compound lapping and polishing disc,and the advantages and cost comparison of lapping and polishing disc replacing traditional lapping.
