摘 要:为了研究节流孔板流通特性测试方法对喷油精度的影响,采用加背压与不加背压的2种节流孔板测试方案,在电控高压共轨试验台上对2种方案的喷油器进行试验。试验结果表明:节流孔板对喷油精度有较大的影响,加背压测试节流孔板流通特性的方法可以显著提高喷油的精度。因此,合理优化节流孔板的测试方法,对提高喷油精度有重大意义。In order to study the influence of throttling orifice flow characteristics test method on injection accuracy,two throttling orifice test schemes with and without back pressure were selected in this paper,and the injectors of the two schemes were tested on the electronically controlled high pressure common rail test bench.The test results show that the throttle orifice plate has a great influence on the injection accuracy,and the method of measuring the flow characteristics of the throttle orifice plate with back pressure can significantly improve the injection accuracy.Therefore,the reasonable optimization of the orifice test method is of great significance for improving the oil injection accuracy.
