摘　　要：以"完整性"的理论视角探索职业体育法治规律,分析职业体育法治中"非完整性"的表征及其治理现状,提出我国职业体育法治的几点建议。研究认为:职业体育是一个开放的系统,是自组织的系统,职业体育"完整性"的实现是建立在它与其外部环境的动态牵制基础上的。宏观层面、长期来看,职业体育总是一种相对应然的状态,但微观层面、短期来看,职业体育各主体的利益协调是非常困难的,时有冲突与矛盾,"非完整性"几乎是一种常态,体育纠纷是职业体育"非完整性"的主要表征。从"完整性"的角度来看,职业体育法治的本质目标是要平衡主体间利益,营造更开放、更宽容的公平竞争法治环境,建立合理、向好的职业体育秩序。From the perspective of "integrity", to explore the rule of law in professional sports, to analyze "non-integrity" of the rule of law of professional sports, the article puts forward some suggestions of the rule of law of professional sports in China.Professional sports is open system, a self-organizing system, and the system dominated by "weak rational person".The realization of professional sports integrity is built on the basis of dynamic interaction between professional sports and its external environment.Overall, in the long run, the professional sports is a relative of the whole state, but at the individual level, while in the short term, to coordinate the interests of the main is very difficult and professional sports’ "non-integrity" is almost a norm.Sports dispute is the main characteristic of "non-integrity".From the point of view of integrity, nature of the professional sports rule of law is to coordinate the interests of all parties and to establish good professional sports environmental order.There is need to let professional sports be more open, to treat the professional sports more tolerant, and the rule of law of professional sports need to be better for the "humans".
