摘　　要：革命战争年代,中国共产党领导陕甘宁边区银行,谱写了我国革命史、金融史上光辉的一页,为新中国金融事业的创立和发展奠定了基础。本文从货币发行、存放款业务、制度建设等角度,梳理陕甘宁边区银行为积累资金、支援财政、保障战争供给而开展的一系列卓有成效的金融工作历程,分析边区银行为民服务、实事求是的金融实践经验。from the Revolutionary War era to the period of socialist construction,the Communist Party of China has always firmly grasped the direction of the development and progress of financial undertakings,and guided China’s financial undertakings to achieve leapfrog development again and again.In this process,the Bank of Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region connected the preceding and the following,wrote a glorious page in China’s revolutionary history and financial history,and laid a considerable foundation for the establishment and development of financial undertakings in New China.From the perspectives of currency issuance,deposit business and system construction,this paper combs a series of fruitful financial work carried out by banks in Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region to accumulate funds,support finance and ensure war supply.Through the research on the financial activities and contributions of border banks in the historical period from establishment to reorganization(1937 to 1947),this paper tries to provide some reference for us to have a deeper and clear understanding of border banks and realize the excellent financial thought of border banks serving the people and seeking truth from facts.
