摘  要:利用前驱体工艺结合熔体反应法制备出一种含Al_(2)O_(3)、Al_(4)C_(3)、TiAl_(3)等多种颗粒相的Al-Ti-C-O中间合金细化剂,最佳工艺参数为850℃×2 h,并初步探究了反应机理。在730℃下加入1%的Al-6TiO_(2)-3C中间合金,可以使AZ31镁合金的晶粒尺寸从375μm细化至86μm,抗拉强度从118.4 MPa提升至199.7 MPa,伸长率从13.3%提升至25.2%,分别提高了68.7%和89.5%。采用OM、SEM、XRD等表征手段分析了Al_(2)O_(3)、MgAl_(2)O_(4)、TiAl_(3)、Al_(4)C_(3)等颗粒相在AZ31镁合金中的细化及强化机理。An Al-Ti-C-O intermediate alloy refiner containing various particle phases such as Al_(2)O_(3),Al_(4)C_(3)and TiAl_(3)was prepared using the precursor process route combined with the melt reaction method at 850℃for 2 h,and the reaction mechanism was analyzed.The addition of 1%Al-6 TiO_(2)-3 C intermediate alloy at 730℃can refine the grain size of AZ31 magnesium alloy from 375μm to 86μm,and increase the tensile strength from 118.4 MPa to 199.7 MPa and elongation from 13.3%to 25.2%,increased by 68.7%and 89.5%,respectively.The refinement and strengthening mechanism of the particulate phases such as Al_(2)O_(3),MgAl_(2)O_(4),TiAl_(3)and Al_(4)C_(3)in AZ31 magnesium alloy were analyzed using OM,SEM,XRD and other characterization means.
